3. Personal Frequency Protocol — Terms
By purchasing a Personal Frequency Protocol, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- The protocol is for educational and transformational guidance only. It is not therapy, medical advice, psychological counselling, or financial advice.
- Gamal S is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. The guidance provided is based on the frameworks taught in The Embodied Frequency, The Original Signal, and The Wealth Frequency — rooted in neuroscience, polyvagal theory, somatic therapy principles, and HeartMath research.
- If deep material surfaces while following the protocol — particularly childhood trauma, suicidal ideation, or psychiatric symptoms — you are directed to seek qualified professional support. The Personal Frequency Protocol is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
- If your intake form describes persistent physical symptoms — including but not limited to pain, pressure, numbness, dizziness, or chest tightness — you are strongly encouraged to consult a physician before or alongside the protocol. Somatic work addresses nervous system encoding; it does not diagnose or treat physical conditions. Gamal S will flag this in your protocol where relevant, but the responsibility for seeking medical evaluation remains with you.
- Follow-up support via Telegram is limited to 3 exchanges within 30 days of protocol delivery. An exchange consists of one message from you and one response from Gamal. Responses are provided within 24–48 hours based on availability. The support window closes at Day 30.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments for the Personal Frequency Protocol are final and non-refundable.
Once a protocol has been purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
This policy exists because each protocol requires significant personal time and expertise to diagnose, build, and deliver — resources that cannot be recovered once allocated.
For books purchased through Amazon or other retailers, refund policies are governed by the respective retailer. Live In Frequency has no control over or responsibility for third-party refund processes.
